I'm Siddhant — a CS/IT engineering student based in Pune, India. I spend most of my time building things: software systems, a humanoid robot, occasionally a clear thought. This blog is where I write about what I'm working on, what I'm reading, and what I'm trying to figure out.

Right now I'm deep in the AI/ML engineering stack — Python, PyTorch, LangChain, RAG pipelines, production deployment. I approach AI with more respect for systems thinking than most people who start from the data science side.

In 2026 I published a conceptual research paper proposing a framework for underwater communication using engineered bioluminescent organisms as optical relay nodes. It was the most interesting thing I've worked on. I'm still thinking about it.

Outside the technical work: I hike whenever I can and document everything. The documentation habit is what eventually produced this blog.

I write here for the same reason I keep a notebook — not because I have things figured out, but because writing is how I figure things out.
